I am a professional portrait photographer and wall art designer based in Sugar Land Texas. I focus on family, newborn and maternity but I also capture all genres. My portrait art is bold in rich colors and light and airy which becomes statement pieces for your wall.

I’M MONICA

I am a family, maternity, newborn photographer in Sugar Land, TX but service all of Houston, TX. I also do other genres like 6 - 9 month old milestones, smash cake sessions, senior sessions, engagements and headshots. I started out doing photography as a hobby, mostly taking photos for friends and family. In 2011, I made the decision to officially start my business. Complete honesty, when I made the jump to go full time with photography, I learned I had to quit my 9-5 full time job as a front desk for a dental office in 2018. Which was the best decision of my life so now I am currently a stay at home mom to my 2 youngest sons. I have a total of four wonderful boys, two of them are grown and out of the house, leaving me with just the little ones to take care of. Did I mention that I’m a Gigi?! Yes! I have two beautiful and sweet grand-daughters that I get to enjoy. I am married to a wonderful man who works full time and DJs on the side. So if you need a DJ let me know and I will pass the message along. HA!

Our household revolves around select and high school baseball year-round, Sesame Street and my love of traveling (which is once or twice a year), being around nature is something I do quite often as well. I am dedicated to creating a fun, enjoyable and a personalized session for each of my clients. I’m a believer that you deserve the best when choosing a photographer to tell your story.
